National Energy Equipment Inc. recently announced that the company has reached an agreement to purchase the assets of Hi Flo Oilfield Services Ltd. and Mettron Proving Service (1998) Ltd. (collectively “Hi Flo”). 

National Energy headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario with 15 branches spanning coast-to-coast in Canada, is a national equipment distribution and service provider for the petroleum and propane industries. Delivering an extensive range of products and expert services for commercial, industrial, production, retail, transportation and wholesale customers. National Energy also distributes hearth, patio and home comfort products for heating, ventilation and air conditioning. 

Hi Flo of Eckville, Alberta provides oil and gas customers across Western Canada with specialized services for accurate and automated production measurement; with a full range of expertise and mobile testing equipment for automation controls, EFM and instrumentation, including device calibration and meter proving. Hi-Flo strives to deliver best-in-class performance to Canada’s top oil and gas companies that are essential for their effective operations.
