Gales Gas Bars Awarded Readers’ Choice Award
Gales Gas Bar were awarded the Readers’ Choice Award for favourite gas station in both the Niagara Falls Review and St. Catherine’s Standard newspapers for
the second year in a row.
“We are really proud of these awards because it means that our customers have felt strongly enough to go online and not only nominate us but then go on to vote for us of their own volition,” says CEO Jessica Friesen. “What better accolades can a business receive?”
The Niagara Falls Review encompasses Niagara Falls, Fort Erie and Niagara-on-the-Lake while St. Catherine’s Standard covers St. Catherine’s and surrounding communities in Niagara. Both publications are part of the Metroland Media Group. After readers nominate businesses and professionals for consideration, the top 10 in their respective categories move on to the online reader voting phase.
“Over the last few years, management teams have been working diligently with our staff on Gales’ company culture and customer service expectations. These awards prove that what we are doing is being heard by our staff and seen by the community. We are very proud of our staff; it is because of them that we have won these awards two years in a row,” adds Friesen.
